Here’s an update into how I’m doing inside the Milan Art Mastery Course. This month I’ve been busy finishing an oil painting commission. It’s a large floral painting, in the style of the old masters. I absolutely loved the process of underpainting, and then painting the transparent layer. However, I found the opaque layer to be the most difficult part of the process. Like, really difficult!
 
This exercise has inspired me to do more like this though, with different flowers, I just don’t know which type.
