Enjoy a creative art experience from your very first day and start with our FREE rose course

Easy Learning Online At Your Own Pace

If you are just starting out or finding your way in the wonderful world of art, then my online learning platform is for you.

How does this Online Art Platform work?

We have lots of art experiences to choose from; ranging from plain pencil workshops, coloured pencil workshops and watercolour painting workshops. Once you have paid for your chosen session you will gain access to all of the relevant pdf’s and videos which will help you create your artwork.

Do I have to complete the course in one day?

You can watch each video and draw and paint along with Gabrielle as she takes you through each step, from start to finish. Alternatively, because the videos are online, you can choose whether to complete your painting in one day, or spread it over a longer time frame.

What does each Workshop include?

Each workshop includes at least 4 pdfs and 4 videos. The pdfs include all the materials information you will need, plus a bonus template for practice and optional additional information for printing your finished artwork onto products. The full instructional videos are split into manageable sections so that you can easily plan your art sessions around your day/week.

Who is the course for?

These workshops are tailored for adults, but children aged 8 upwards can also enjoy them.

What level of experience do you need?

Absolutely no experience is required and that's why this platform is a little bit magical. You'll create beautiful, finished drawings and paintings in each workshop even if you've never tried art before.

What if I don't like the course?

All of our workshops come with a 30 day money back guarantee. We offer a free trial so that you can sign up and try it out with no obligation.

Meet your Art Coach: Gabrielle Vickery

Gabrielle Vickery is the founder of The Arthouse Oasis. She has always been artistic, enjoying her school years soaking up her art lessons. Gabrielle went onto College and then University, where she achieved a BA (Hons) in Audio Visual design. Her speciality was animation, but after graduating she gravitated towards design.

She has been a graphic designer and illustrator ever since, and for the last 25 years has built up her Graphic Design business with her business partner Ralph Watson.

Then two things happened to change her direction in life. The first was that she was diagnosed with breast cancer during a routine mammogram. The second was that her daughter was being bullied at school. These two hugely stressful experiences caused a massive shift in Gabrielle’s perspective on life.

Whilst recovering from major surgery and trying to find a new school for her daughter she became more and more drawn to art as a way to increase her wellbeing. She soon came to realise that she could share the many benefits of art with others. And there the lightbulb flashed and her decision to open up an art studio was formed. The next day she created her brand and The Arthouse Oasis was born.

What they say about the workshops...

I would heartily recommend these workshops for all levels of expertise, from beginner to more proficient artist as you can take away as much or as little from the class as you like. Thanks to The Arthouse Oasis for lowering my blood pressure for a few hours! Xx

After Gaby’s wonderful Robin painting workshop, I really felt inspired. I learned so many valuable techniques, but most of all Gabby gave me the confidence to continue and I’m now enjoying a relaxing, fulfilling hobby. I have a long way to go, but I’m enjoying every moment. Thank you!!

Absolutely! We are very careful to plan each workshop for the absolute beginner. We use the most basic of materials and break each step down into it’s simplest form. You can pause each video if the instructions seem to fast so you should have no problem following along.

Our studio is in Great Hallingbury about ten minutes from Bishop’s Stortford in Hertfordshire. Exact details will be given when booking.
