Portrait sessions like this are always such a joy to teach. There’s something really special about watching a face slowly appear on the page as confidence builds with each layer of shading.



We worked on proportion, soft blending and those all-important darker tones that really bring a portrait to life.

And that final piece… honestly, such a brilliant result.
