Painting Tuscany-Inspired Landscapes – First Session

For this husband and wife team, we chose a beautiful landscape inspired by Tuscany, with soft rolling hills and a little house tucked into the distance. It was all about building that lovely sense of depth and capturing the gentle glow of light across the landscape.

Working step by step from a reference, we layered colour, simplified shapes and gradually brought the whole scene to life — it’s in no way finished yet, but what a fantastic start!
