If you struggle to find time to get creative, why not start your day with a mini, mindful art session? This easy to follow video is only 15 minutes and is suitable for the whole family. Once you have drawn the outline with me, you can then colour it in. Please feel free to post your finished artwork on the Facebook group page. I would love to see what you come up with!

The Stortford Art Society Art Evening
Come along to the BSAS Working Art Evening.
Bring your own painting surface, inspirational material and art supplies, and paint in a relaxed but fun social setting with us.
No tuition, just an anything-goes painting experience. This is a great way to get started with painting if you haven’t tried it before.
No need to book in advance, just turn up, and we look forward to seeing you there.
