One of my favourite things about teaching this style is watching artists loosen up. Watercolour has a mind of its own, and once you stop trying to control every brushstroke, the magic starts to happen.

In this workshop we began with simple, colourful washes before layering expressive pen lines over the top.

It’s such an enjoyable way to work because there are no rules about perfection—just colour, confidence and a willingness to experiment. 🙂
