Gabrielle Vickery Art

I had this blank canvas sitting in my studio for months. It was passed onto me from a gentleman who I didn’t know (and sadly can’t remember the name of), but his artistic wife had passed away and he was ready to find her art materials a new home. ❤️

I loved the shape of this canvas, but never knew what to paint on it. And then recently I offered to donate some existing paintings to St. Margarets Hospital in Epping. And the idea for this piece formed.

I wanted to paint this canvas specially with the Hospital in mind, something calming and serene.

And so here it is. A soothing beach scene with small flowers representing hope and life. I hope they like it. It may not be up for a while! 🥰
