Portrait No. 2. Probably much too much colour, but I so enjoyed painting Romy today :-).

I realise I have to watch my colours and no go too crazy. This is an intense learning curve.

Paint a summer landscape in acrylics on canvas.

This week we are trying out new techniques and having fun layering colour and shape as these paintings take form.

We’ve been busy in the studio this week painting glowing South African landscapes and joyful bumblebees buzzing through wildflower meadows.
